Commissions are closed to the public and are invite only, unless otherwise stated.Character designs can be purchased by anyone at any time by contacting the webmaster via this form.Affordable/free assets can be attained by anyone at any time via Itch.io unless otherwise stated.The term 'buyer / customer' is used interchangeably in these terms.
PAYMENT
☆ Kitschykiss only accepts payment for services via PayPal invoice in USD. This is non negotiable unless specified by them.☆ Prices are non-negotiable unless marked as ‘OBO’ (or best offer).☆ Payment plans are only available to returning / recognised customers.
WIPS/REVISIONS
☆ Kitschykiss reserves the right to refuse excessive revisions to custom works.☆ Several revisions to custom works may warrant a surcharge.☆ Kitschykiss cannot revise character designs after purchase.
GENERAL
☆ All current sales are for digital products. The buyer is purchasing pre-existing or custom digital artwork which they will hold ownership over and editorial rights to only once payment is received. Kitschykiss, maintains authorship/display rights to these works.☆ There is no set completion time for custom works. Completion time also relies on the buyer responding to inquiries in a timely fashion.☆ Custom artwork or purchased designs may be utilised for any form of personal or commercial use by the buyer and may be uploaded, posted, or sold anywhere by the buyer within the boundaries of the law, but must give attribution credit to Kitschykiss.☆ Kitschykiss does not necessarily reflect or condone the views of buyers and customers, and cannot / will not be held accountable for how or where their work is utilised by them.☆ It is the buyer's responsibility to save and preserve all files containing purchased artwork.☆ No person/s under the age of 18 shall employ or purchase from Kitschykiss without parental or guardian consent. Kitschykiss will not draw mature themes or sell mature content to minors.
TERMINATION OF SALE
☆ Kitschykiss reserves the right to decline or cancel a custom order or sale at any time. A full refund will be provided where payment has been received prior to termination, only if the order was not completed and delivered.☆ Any instance of art theft, fraudulent chargebacks, and harassment or abuse will result in permanent blacklisting from all services provided by Kitschykiss and their domains.☆ Any deviation from the terms above by the buyer will result in the termination of their order.

I enjoy trying my hand at other forms of art from time to time.I'm chronically ill and disabled so my thoughts, skin, muscle, bones, and soul hurt 24/7 and I'm exhausted all the time and nothing is helping, haha. I like to spend my better moments creating art, as it's really the only thing I can do with minimal suffering.When it comes down to it, art is all I have; and all I've ever had and will have; that's truly mine.★ I don't engage with social media much, but I will read shouts/comments/emails sent to me through this site.★ I rarely take public commissions. I also don't take requests.
